You Might Still Have A Few Questions

Still not sure? Perhaps you have some questions? Here are the answers to the common questions we get from property owners just like you that we work with. Take a look here, and if you have any other questions, just let us know by calling us at: (256) 812-3076.

Q: How do I get an offer?

A: Fill out the sell your house form or give us a call and one of our staff members will contact you.

Q: I need to sell my house fast. How long might it take for me to receive an offer on my home?

A: Each situation is unique, but we pride ourselves in being able to make accurate and fair offers.

Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes we do. We take into consideration the cost of repairs, the value of the property based on what have been sold in the area in the past few months, and the profit we intend to make.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions you charge?

A: No. We may make you a full cash offer, once you accept the offer, we’ll buy your house. No hidden fees.

Q: What if my house needs repairs?
A: That’s ok. We buy houses in “as-is” condition. Which means you don’t have to make any repairs.
Q: I’m facing foreclosure, will you still buy my home?
A: Yes, as long as the foreclosure has not been finalized (the bank owns it), we can make you an offer.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: There are no real estate commission fees when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house.

Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?

A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers if there are any (the average time to sell a property in many markets right now is 6-12 months) and then take a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Sometimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent). Agents provide a great service for those that can wait 6-12 months to sell. We’re not agents, we’re home buyers. Our company actually buys houses.

We have been helping property owners just like you, in different situations, from divorce, foreclosure, death of a family member or burdensome rental properties.

Sometimes, those who own property simply have lives that are too busy to take the time to do all of things that typically need to be done to prepare a house to sell on the market… if that describes you, just let us know about the property you’d like to be rid of and sell your property fast for cash.

If you simply don’t want to put up with the hassle of owning that property any longer, and if you don’t want to put up with the hassle and time-consuming expense of selling your property the traditional way, let us know about the property you’d like to sell.

Talk to someone in our office about selling your property, we would love to hear from you.
